KuroPlayer（以下「本アプリ」）は、MacchaCat（以下「発行者」）が提供する音楽プレーヤーです。本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。発行者があなたのデータを受け取ることはありません。

収集しない情報

アカウント登録はありません。氏名・メールアドレス等を求めることはありません。
広告、トラッキング、解析ツールは使用していません。
発行者が運営するサーバーへ、本アプリからデータが送信されることはありません。

端末内に保存される情報

音楽ライブラリの索引、プレイリスト、設定、最後に再生した曲と再生位置、再生履歴、MV 歌詞で選んだスタイル、歌詞の分析結果、歌詞やジャケット画像のキャッシュは、あなたの端末内に保存されます（iCloud 同期をオンにした場合のプレイリストと音楽ファイルを除く。下記参照）。キャッシュは「設定 → Storage → Clear Cache」で、再生履歴は「次に再生」画面の「Clear」で削除できます。
「このiPad」に読み込んだ音楽ファイルは、本アプリの書類フォルダに保存され、外部へアップロードされることはありません。

端末上での処理

MV 歌詞のスタイル選び、パートごとのエフェクト、言葉の色付けには、Apple Intelligence の端末上のモデル（対応デバイスのみ）を使います。歌詞はすべて端末内で処理され、発行者や第三者に送信されることはありません。

外部サービスとの通信

歌詞の検索：オンライン歌詞検索が有効な場合、再生中の曲名・アーティスト名・アルバム名・曲の長さ（見つからない場合は Apple Music に登録された別の言語での曲名・アーティスト名も）を、歌詞サービス（NetEase Cloud Music、LRCLIB）へ送信します。オフにすると送信されません。
Apple Music：あなたの許可を得た場合にのみ、Apple の MusicKit と Apple Music API を通じて、ライブラリの閲覧、再生、お気に入り、ライブラリやプレイリストへの追加、「For You」のおすすめ・最近再生した項目・チャート・ステーションの表示、曲の別の言語での表記の取得を行います。これらの通信は Apple との間で行われ、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
iCloud：iCloud 同期をオンにした場合にのみ、本アプリのプレイリストと音楽ファイルを、あなた自身の iCloud（iCloud Drive）に保存し、同じ Apple アカウントのデバイス間で同期します。保存先はあなたの iCloud であり、発行者がアクセスすることはできません。Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

アクセス権限

TestFlight について

TestFlight でベータ版を利用する場合、Apple はクラッシュ情報や、あなたが送信したフィードバックを発行者に提供することがあります。これは Apple の TestFlight の仕組みによるもので、本アプリ自体はこれらを収集しません。

子どものプライバシー

KuroPlayer (“the app”) is a music player published by MacchaCat (“the publisher”). The app does not collect personal information, and the publisher never receives your data.

What the app does not collect

There are no accounts. The app never asks for your name, email address or similar.
No advertising, tracking or analytics are used.
The app sends no data to any server run by the publisher.

What stays on your device

The index of your music library, your playlists, settings, the last song played and its position, your play history, the MV lyrics styles you chose, what the lyrics were found to be about, and cached lyrics and cover images are kept on your device (except playlists and music files when iCloud sync is on; see below). The cache can be cleared in Settings → Storage → Clear Cache, and the play history with Clear in Playing Next.
Music files you import to “This iPad” are stored in the app’s Documents folder and are never uploaded.

Processing on your device

To choose MV lyrics styles, effects for each part of a song and words to colour, the app uses Apple Intelligence’s on-device model (on devices that have it). Lyrics are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to the publisher or anyone else.

Connections to other services

Lyrics lookup: when online lyrics are on, the title, artist, album and length of the song playing (and, if nothing is found, the song’s title and artist in other languages as Apple Music lists them) are sent to lyrics services (NetEase Cloud Music, LRCLIB). Nothing is sent when it is off.
Apple Music: only with your permission, the app uses Apple’s MusicKit and the Apple Music API to browse and play your library, mark favourites, add songs to your library and playlists, show For You (recommendations, recently played, charts and stations), and look up a song’s names in other languages. These requests go to Apple, and Apple’s privacy policy applies to them.
iCloud: only if you turn on iCloud sync, the app keeps its playlists and music files in your own iCloud (iCloud Drive) and syncs them between your devices on the same Apple Account. They are stored in your iCloud; the publisher cannot access them. Apple’s privacy policy applies.
Spotify (Mac version only): the app talks to the Spotify Web API only if you sign in with a Spotify app client ID you set up yourself.
MPD: the app connects only to the MPD server you configure (usually on your local network).

Permissions

Media & Apple Music: used only to play Apple Music and show your library.
Files: used only to open the music files you choose.

TestFlight

If you use a beta through TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and any feedback you send with the publisher. This is part of Apple’s TestFlight service; the app itself collects none of it.

Children’s privacy

The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes and contact

Changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date. Please send questions to the publisher through TestFlight’s feedback.

Apple Music：仅在你授权后，通过 Apple 的 MusicKit 和 Apple Music API 浏览和播放你的资料库、收藏、把歌曲加入资料库和播放列表、显示“为你推荐”（推荐内容、最近播放、排行榜和电台），以及查询歌曲在其他语言下的名称。这些请求发送给 Apple，适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
iCloud：仅在你开启 iCloud 同步时，本应用会把播放列表和音乐文件保存在你自己的 iCloud（iCloud 云盘）中，并在同一 Apple 账户的设备之间同步。这些内容保存在你的 iCloud 中，发布者无法访问。适用 Apple 的隐私政策。
